We will assist you in creating allergen declarations for the 8 most common food allergens.  We can identify gluten-free menu items you already offer as well as help you create new menu items.  We can provide declarations in statement form or in a user-friendly brochure to offer your clients or post on your website.

Nutrient Content Claims

We will aid you in identifying opportunities for nutrient content claims for your menu items that meet FDA regulations.  These claims include “low fat”, “sugar free” and “reduced calorie”.  We can even create an entire healthy eating program for your restaurant including nutrition criteria, menu labeling techniques and advertising strategies. 

Recipe Standardization and Makeovers
